Dangers off being overweighted

Why you should lose weight – 4 medical dangers.

Almost everybody who is overweighed is trying to lose weight. If you are a member of a fitness club I’m sure you have seen that they have a large increasment in members just before the summer. Of course you want to look good if you go to the beach but there is no reason why you shouldn’t lose weight in other seasons. Overweight is very dangerous for your body you have a greater change to have cancer, hart disease, diabetic and artrose. Sure there are much more other disadvantages but in the next paragraphs I will write about these 5 medical dangers.

Cancer

If you have a body mask index (BMI) of more than 25% percent you have a greater change of developing cancer than someone with a normal form of weight. People with a high bmi can suffer from stomach cancer, breast cancer, prostate and brest cancer.

Hart disease

If you eat a lot of fad food and meat there is a change that you will have a hart attack. Think about that next time you go to the MC Donalds. Being overweight increase your blood pressure and cholesterol. By losing weight the change on a hart attack will be reduced.

Diabetic

Most people who are being over weighted have to deal with diabetic type 2.
If you eat something you stomach breaks it down in small pieces and your gut keeps breaking it further up. In this progress your body makes glucose or blood sugar. Thanks to this blood sugar your cells have the power to “control” bigger body parts such as your stomach, eyes and yes it even provides energy to your brain. There is also something like insulin, it helps getting the glucose into your cells. But when a cell is covered up with fat the insulin can’t work anymore. Therefore the liver makes its own glucose and the pancreas makes more insulin after a while the pancreas will become weak. In fact your body is just like a factory that produces glucose constantly. And it can serious damage you’re your body. Diabetic can causes hart disease, blindness and probably you will not read this but it’s possible that doctors even have to amputate a part of your body a leg for example.

Sleep

People who are over weighted sleep less than other people however studies have shown that a good night sleep is very important when it comes to overweight. And it even starts when you are a child. Children who are sleeping less than ten hours a day will become fat than others.
